Education Week says ND, Minnesota need improvement
Education Week magazine released its 13th annual report, "Quality Counts," sizing up each state's education. It evaluates issues such as state assessments or standards, achievement levels and indicators such as family income or employment rates. North Dakota and Minnesota both earned a C overall - the same as their grades last year. The nation also received a C grade this year.
